## 3.1

Незаконный захват земли (Самострой): Строительство на территории государства или частного города без официального разрешения, одобрения мэрии или покупки лицензии.

## 3.2

Нарушение архитектурных норм: Строительство сооружений, портящих вид государственных или частных территорий (коробки из земли/булыжника, «столбы» в небо и так далее).

## 3.3

Незаконная торговля: Продажа товаров в общественных местах без уплаты налогов или приобретения торговой точки.
